Professor Andreas Papatheodorou was speaking at MENASA Air Show 2016 about "How can airlines work together with airports and destination authorities to develop new routes?".  He discussed the interdependent nature of the airline, the airport and the local region/tourism destination authorities relationaship.


The presentation aimed at:

  • Building partnerships to limit risks for airlines, airports and tourism authorities;
  • Driving growth for airlines and airports through partnerships and agreements;
  • Outlining the branding and social media strategy of each party and its role at the negotiating table
